To date, we have built hundreds of injection moulds in the single and multi-component segment and have extensive experience in thermoplastics and mould technology. In our moulding shop, we manufacture plastic injection moulds, progressive moulds, cutting moulds and form moulds.

Whether for single colour or double colour products, we produce parts from 0.01 g to 1300 g with different models of Injection moulding machines operating in the range of 100 to 380 tonnes. In addition to technical thermoplastics, we also process all common standard thermoplastics. For example ABS, PA, PA6.0, PA6.6, PC, PE, PMMA, POM, PP, PPN, PS, etc.
MACHINING PRODUCTION
We develop our solutions for the production of CNC milled and turned parts and 3D printed parts exactly according to your individual requirements. We also offer customised consulting services.

3D SCANNING AND 3D PRINTING
It is the process of converting the physical object, whose shape and appearance is desired to collect data about, into digital data by analysing it with 3D scanning devices. The digital data collected as a result of the process consists of a point cloud (STL)
With the generated point cloud;
It can be used for dimensional measurement control, reverse engineering of the scanned object and creating 3D models (CAD).
In addition, with the point cloud created after scanning, parts can be produced directly from 3D printers.
We provide 3D scanning and printing services with our high precision and repeatable 3D scanning devices and printers.
